Technical data sheet, import ITV inspection, taxes and DGT registration with Spanish plates.

We hand over the car, registered and with its papers in order, in the Alicante area.

How much does it cost to import a car?

It depends on the car and the seller, which is why the price is on request and you get a written breakdown for each car. The final price is made up of:

  1. Car price at origin
  2. Transport to Spain
  3. Registration tax (IEDMT): for electric cars, with 0 g/km CO₂, the rate is 0 %
  4. VAT: depending on whether the seller is a dealer or a private person and whether the car is new or used, it is paid at origin or in Spain
  5. ITV, DGT and plate fees, plus the local road tax
  6. Our handling fee

Import questions

Which countries do you import from?

Mainly the Netherlands and Germany, where there are many used EVs. Other EU countries on request.

Only Tesla?

No. We focus on Tesla and other EVs, but we can look for the car you need.

How long does it take?

It depends on the car, the transport and the ITV and DGT appointments. We give you an estimate for each case; cars on their way show their expected arrival.

How do I know the battery is fine?

We ask for a battery health (SOH) report when one exists or can be done. If there is no report, the listing says so clearly.

Can I buy through my company?

Yes. Invoicing and VAT work differently for companies and the self-employed; we explain it before we start.

Why isn't the price shown?

Because the final price includes transport, paperwork and taxes that depend on each case. Message us and we will send you the price and breakdown of the car you like.
